Care Options

Infant Class

$240 Weekly

This class has a maximum of 8 infants ranging from 6 weeks of age to approximately 12-15 months, but we typically try to keep only 6 infants here. There are two teachers in this classroom at all times.

The infants are cared for as closely as possible to the ways they would be cared for at home. Schedules are loose in this class, but we find that many of our infants fall into similar patterns.

Parents are to provide all bottles, formula / breastmilk, purees (when applicable), diapers, and an extra change of clothes (or two). Parents should also provide a pacifier if the infant uses one, and if there is a preference on wipes or diaper rash cream, they are encouraged to supply those as well. We also ask parents to provide a few family photos so that we can incorporate them into the classroom.

The center provides lunch and snacks for older infants who have started eating table food. We also provide wipes (Sam’s club brand) and diaper rash cream (Desitin, Barry’s Butt Paste from Mac’s Medicine Mart, or Vaseline)

Toddler Classes

$230 Weekly

The capacity in our one and two year old rooms are 8 and 10, respectively. There are two teachers in these rooms at all times. In the younger toddler room, the ages range from 12 months to 28 months (approximately). In the older toddler room, the ages range from 2 to 3 years old.

Age-appropriate learning activities are planned for each class with special attention paid to the children’s individual physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Each child is treated uniquely as they develop at their own pace.

Parents should provide diapers, an extra change of clothes (or two), a pacifier (only applicable in the younger toddler class), and sensible shoes that will stay on during active play. Parents should also provide a few family photos so that we can incorporate them into the classroom. If there is a preference on wipes or diaper rash cream, parents are encouraged to supply those as well.

Children in these rooms nap on cots, so we also ask that parents provide a small blanket for them. We supply the cot sheets.

The center provides lunch and two snacks daily (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). We also provide wipes (Sam’s club brand) and diaper rash cream (Desitin, Barry’s Butt Paste from Mac’s Medicine Mart, or Vaseline)

Rising Pre-K & Pre-K Classes

$220 Weekly

Children in these two classes are mature enough to function as a group; this is a big focus in these classes. There is one primary teacher in each class responsible for that group, with a third teacher who is shared by the two classes as activities warrant. Each room has books, music, games, table toys, etc… A lot of the activities within these classes are supervised but unstructured, meaning there is a heavy focus on child-led fun.

It is a requirement that children are potty-trained before registering for either of these classes.

In the spring of each year, the children who will be entering kindergarten the next fall participate in special Kindergarten Prep activities. The Pre-K Teacher, who maintains close contact with multiple local Kindergarten teachers, works with each child to prepare them emotionally and socially for elementary school. These children have the opportunity to learn to write their names as well as recognize the letters in the alphabet & numbers 1-20. These children also learn to button, zip, and tie as well as how to properly hold a pencil.

Each child is recognized and appreciated as an individual with unique talents and will never be forced to learn a skill that they are not ready for.
